What to
Expect

Hiring an apprentice is always a challenging prospect. Will they prove to be an asset or liability?

Working with a female apprentice is no different. In fact, most work harder to make up for industry perceptions.

The biggest challenge for women in trades is prejudice and stereotypes.

As we see more women enter the industry, its important to acknowledge this and help change it.

You can expect the same skillset, time, effort and attitude as your male apprentices. They are all trained the same way, are seeking a career for themselves and there to work hard.
