Ally Knights

After growing up in Canberra and having an extended family in the construction industry, Ally also thought the building industry was a good fit for her future - so much so that she actually designed her first home in Murrumbateman which won prizes at HIA Annual Awards.

Ally commenced her apprenticeship with a builder specialising in strawbale homes in NSW.  Upon returning to Canberra Ally then joined Above + Beyond Constructions and plans to complete her apprenticeship later this year. She loves working on-site and sharing the load with the work-mates who she says "are a good group of guys who definitely have my back".

Ally "loves bringing plans to life" for clients and handing over a job finished to a high standard.  At the moment she is both on the tools as well as learning the administration side of the business, including tendering which she enjoys and also finds challenging.
